Welcome to emilyrope.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any services offered herein, including tattoo bookings, purchases of artwork, and other creative offerings by Emilce Ibarra, also known as Emily Rope.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

This website offers:

  • Booking for handpoke tattoo sessions
  • Sales of original prints, textiles, and handmade work
  • Information about artistic projects, exhibitions, and collaborations

Tattoo Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID may be required at the time of your appointment.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Booking Process: Tattoo sessions are booked through a dedicated Typeform or via direct email communication. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit.

Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at my discretion, with appropriate notice.

4. Payments

Payments for tattoos and art pieces can be made via bank transfer, Paypal, cash.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the custom nature of tattoo work, refunds are not offered once the service has been provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, artwork, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Emily Rope unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use this material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Tattooing carries inherent risks. While all safety and hygiene measures are strictly followed, clients receive tattoos at their own risk.

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare guidelines provided. I am not liable for any complications arising from improper care or allergic reactions.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, services offered, or website functionality. Any changes will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
